CIVIL LITIGATION

What is civil litigation?

Civil litigation refers to the process of resolving a civil dispute (i.e. business, real estate, estate, etc.) through the court system. Civil litigation covers any legal issue that is not criminal. Our litigation practice covers a broad range of civil proceedings as presented here below, with the exception of matrimonial litigation.
